Spiers Centre Appeal

The Spiers Centre provides support and assistance to struggling families and individuals throughtout the Joondalup & Wanneroo. They provide warmth and comfort to children of these families.Their greatest need at the moment is for good quality clothes, towels, sheets, bedding and money towards their Christmas Appeal, not forgetting the on-going need for toothbrush, toothpaste,hairbrush or comb and new bedtime story book, put into a library bag.
If you can help in any way Deirdre Nicholson will collect any items at church and take then to the Spiers Centre: Spiers Centre Inc, 2 Albatross Court, Heathridge, WA 6027.

Used Postage stamps.....

The Presbyterian Womens’ Missionary Union
supports missionaries throughout the world, and to help raise funds
they sell used stamps and postcards to collectors and dealers. So don’t throw your stamps
out, please leave them on the envelope . Any Postcards are also sought after, any personal
details may be blacked or whited out. Please hand them to Erica.

Appeal for help from Whitfords and Clarkson

The family wth 11 children, who go to the Clarkson Bible study, are still in need of
help to get their house in order. There are many tasks needing to be done, so if you
feel you could help in any small way please get in touch with Steve and Vicki DeSilva,

Appeal for PIM Patrols

Bert & Penny Pierce (Mt Magnet) and Chris Woonings (Albany) are appealing for donations of toiltries and colouring books and pencils for children. They are handed out to people that the pastors visit on their patrols. The recipients are very appreciative of these gifts as they usually live many miles from towns. This is an opportunity to clear out unused toiletries that are cluttering your cupboards. Please give any donations to Erica.

Trinity: Help for creche

Are you available to be a helper for creche at Trinity on Wednesdays 8.45 – 12 noon this semester? Or do you know someonewho you could ask to help? We would love to be able to continue to provide good care whilst parents and partners attend lectures.

Weekly Offering Envelopes
The end of another financial year is upon us, and we need to budget for the next. Our church relies on a regular income, mainly throughcollections on Sunday. To help members of the congregation to give on a regular basis we offer boxes of envelopes, dated for each Sunday from July to June. By using these envelopes each family can place their budgeted amount into each envelope. If a family misses a Sunday the envelopes are taken the next time they go to church. Please give some serious consideration; it will help your budgeting and ours. Packages are now available for collection from the table in the foyer.

Choir Notice
Do you enjoy singing? Then the choir would love you to join them each week, leading the praise worship to God. We meet fortnightly to work on items, but you may commit to just helping wit the praise on Sundays. Please speak to any choir member for more information.
